Onze producten krijgen bij binnenkomst een conditie toegekend om onderscheid te maken in de staat van het product en bijv. de mate van de beschadigingen. Wij streven er altijd naar de informatie zo correct mogelijk weer te geven. Daarom hebben wij al onze producten onderverdeeld in verschillende condities die duidelijk te begrijpen zijn. De exacte conditie staat altijd aangegeven bij het product (onder de foto). We onderscheiden allereerst drie hoofd-condities: nieuw, outlet, refurbished. Daarbij worden de condities outlet en refurbished nog onderverdeeld in enkele sub-condities. Onderstaande tabellen zetten de verschillende productcondities uiteen.
NIEUW
De conditie “nieuw” staat aangegeven bij producten die 100% nieuw in de originele verpakking zitten en met de volledige fabrieksgarantie. Kleinere producten die met de grote bezorgdiensten worden verzonden, verpakken wij vaak nog in eigen dozen.
OUTLET
Onze outlet producten zijn nieuwe (retour)producten met eventueel een krasje, deukje of verpakkingsschade, of een combinatie van. Deze beschadigingen zijn veelal ontstaan tijdens het vervoeren en/of verwerken van het product. Bij duidelijke cosmetische beschadigingen worden product specifieke foto’s op de website vermeld om u een beeld te geven van de schade. Lichte beschadigingen (krasje/deukje) worden niet extra gefotografeerd en vallen onder de “normale” beschadigingen.
Binnen de outlet producten onderscheiden wij 5 sub-condities die wij aan de hand van onderstaand tabel zo goed mogelijk en begrijpelijk in kaart proberen te brengen.
REFURBISHED
Een refurbished product is een tweedehands product. Deze producten worden, anders dan bij particuliere verkoop, volledig onderworpen aan een kwaliteitscontrole en volledig gereviseerd (refurbished, waarbij onderdelen worden gecheckt en vervangen). Vervolgens worden de producten gereinigd en gekeurd. Deze producten worden na de opknapbeurt weer op de markt gebracht en kunnen nog jaren mee. Goed voor het milieu en voor de portemonnee.
Naast refurbished (tweedehands), kennen wij nog drie andere sub-condities die eronder vallen:
